No, CRM integration is optional. You can download leads manually or set up email notifications. However, for best results we recommend connecting a CRM or webhook so leads are synced in real-time — this reduces response time and improves conversion rates.

What about lead form customization?

With Lead Ads access, you can fully customise forms: add custom questions, use conditional logic (show/hide questions based on answers), add images and context cards, configure privacy policies, and design thank-you screens with CTAs.

How quickly do leads sync?

When using CRM integrations or webhooks, leads sync in real-time — typically within seconds of submission. If using manual download, you can access leads as soon as they're submitted. Meta retains lead data for 90 days in Ads Manager.
